EODT ANNOUNCES HIRING OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

January 8, 2008, Lenoir City, TN – Lisa Jacobson, CPA has accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer for
EOD Technology, Inc. (EODT). In this capacity, Ms. Jacobson will be responsible for all aspects of EODT’s financial management operations, including financial strategy, policy development, risk management, financial systems, audit response, value creation, and management reporting.
Ms. Jacobson’s career includes significant positions in both the private and Government sector, most recently as CFO for Essex Corporation, a technology and professional services provider to defense and intelligence sector clients. Under her financial leadership, Essex Corporation’s value increased dramatically, culminating in its acquisition by Northrop Grumman in 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Jacobson served as CFO for Lockheed Martin Government Services Group (formerly ACS Government Services Group, a diversified business process and IT services solutions firm serving the Government sector). For each firm, Ms. Jacobson was instrumental in value creation through mergers and acquisitions, process and organizational improvement, and active risk management. Before coming to serve as an executive in the private sector, Ms. Jacobson was a Senior Executive with the Government Accountability Office, where she worked with Congress to improve financial management practices throughout the Federal Government. Ms. Jacobson began her career as a manager with Deloitte & Touche.
Ms. Jacobson earned a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma.

Ms. Jacobson will work from EODT’s corporate headquarters in Lenoir City.
