EODT'S GreenScrap® Recycling process provides for a "green" money-back solution to the Range residue/scrap problem. Combined with a network of nationwide scrap dealers, EODT's process ensures that "top dollar" is received for ferrous and non-ferrous material that is used to offset project costs. EODT performs all inspection, processing, demilitarization, certification and disposal of Range-residue scrap. Full accordance with all applicable requirements.

GreenScrap® Advantages

The GreenScrap® process of provides for risk minimization through the removal of residue/scrap piles that contain Unexploded Ordnance (UXO). All explosive-loaded components or subassemblies are identified, segregated, and destroyed. EODT uses a proprietary "five-step" inspection process to guarantee that no materials containing reactive components are released from government control.

Revenue gained from residue/scrap sales may be used to offset total project costs or to provide additional services or targets. Environmental hazards are risks are reduced and operational land space is restored.

GreenScrap® Design

EODT inspects, certifies as free from munitions and explosives of concern (MEC), and recycles all range debris. Hazardous materials such as those typically associated with target vehicles are managed and disposed of in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
