Geospatial Services

EODT uses Geospatial tools to scope site remediation activities, provide defendable clearance data, and as a communication tool with regulators, stakeholders, and other interested parties. Because our Geospatial services and resources are internal, we offer a reduced cost and better integrated work products to our customers.

EODT pioneered the commercial use of geophysics at munitions response sites in 1993.  EODT applies a wide range of geophysical instrumentalism and data analysis techniques to detect buried ordnance in site characterization and remediation projects.  EODT typically analyzes field data same day, onsite for quality conformance, and overnight to provide dig sheets and maps, substantially enhancing productivity.

EODT captures all geospatial project data on GIS, including historical land use and photographic information, study results from previous site investigations, and investigation data.  EODT GIS specialists are proficient in developing GIS-based site maps and trend analysis that help communicate project results to stakeholders, regulators, and the community at large.
